Terms and Conditions

Complete Technology Solutions Ltd reserves the right to re-quote prior to commencement of any projects if quoted over 30 days of original quote or if a part of the project on the site is unseen.

All installation prices are based upon a site visit, unless otherwise agreed.

Asbestos and any other hazardous materials in ceiling voids etc. are to be cleared or reported prior to the installation teams arrival. If the job has to be cancelled or postponed due to lack of information provided, the full cancellation charge of 25% a per Complete Technology Solutions Ltd standard terms and conditions will apply. Prior to commencement of any works a copy of the customers Health & Safety certificate will be required.

Special hire equipment if required will be charged separately at the cost price. I.e. platforms/scaffolding towers etc. This will be applied to all work for heights over 4.6 meters.

An hourly rate and/or expenses per technician will be charged for any delays that cannot be caught up with, within the period of the project, due to no fault of Complete Technology Solutions Ltd. This includes late 3rd party deliveries, lack of access to rooms, lack of direction or decisions from the customer or any delay in which we think fit.

Any installations that require section 5, will also be subject to an agreed excess labour charge.

A call out fee will be charged if technicians are to make a re-visit for completion of work due to no fault of Complete Technology Solutions ltd.

Equipment provided by the customer is assumed to be in good working order and suitable for the purpose for which it was intended. Failure or inadequacy of such equipment will not be the responsibility of Complete Technology Solutions Ltd.

All projectors, boards, brackets, stands and security cages will be delivered via a third party and delivered direct to site, unless prior arrangements have been agreed with Complete Technology Solutions Ltd.

Where fixed power outlets are to be provided by others, a temporary power cable of up to 15 metres will be used by our technicians to check the installation of the projector.

Complete Technology Solutions Ltd will supply and install extensions and power outlets but this will be subject to an additional agreed charge, unless previously agreed.

All work carried out by Complete Technology Solutions Ltd will be guaranteed for 30 days from the signed completion date. Any faults reported after this expiry date will be subject to a new quote being given, any faulty cables, materials, workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warrantee period.

All invoices will be due for payment within 30 days of invoice date, unless scheduled payments have been previously agreed. All un-paid invoices will render your account overdue and collectable via a third party.

Complete Technology Solutions Ltd reserve the right to charge interest of 1.5% o all overdue account. Any overdue accounts may also be put on hold until all outstanding amounts are cleared.

All prices quoted are subject to VAT at a rate of 20%.
Complete Technology Solutions Ltd require an official signed purchase order by an authorised person, upon acceptance of a quotation and the standard terms and conditions. The purchase order must include full contact name and telephone number and delivery details.
