CTS recognise the importance of maintaining projectors, interactive whiteboards and other audio visual equipment. Interactive whiteboard and projector maintenance reduces the total cost of ownership of expensive equipment. CTS engineers are trained to enable them to maintain all types of audio visual equipment.
This includes all brands of projector as well as all brands of interactive whiteboard, including Smartboard and Promethean interactive whiteboards. Interactive whiteboard maintenance and the maintenance of projectors helps keep classroom resources alive.
We provide tailoured AV maintenance and support contracts to suite any budget and our research suggests regular maintenance of projectors can increase their lifespan and that of lamps, by up to 100%.
Where a projector lamp has failed, CTS are able to supply and install projector lamps/bulbs for any brand of projector, many next day.
Typically, Audio Visual maintenance includes:
- Remove & clean projector filters
- Extract internal contamination from projector
- Clean projector lens
- Reinstall the projector
- Clean interactive whiteboard surface if present
- Recalibrate interactive whiteboard if present
- Provide lamp life and projector condition information
In the event of projector failure, we can provide loan replacement projectors for a small additional cost.
